If there's one thing that drives me crazy during the school day - it's the endless battle to ensure that students are prepared with a working pencil.  But Mrs. H from The Wise Owl has hit upon a brilliant system to put the responsibility for pencils back into the students' hands.  Since the beginning of a new year seems like the perfect time to introduce a new routine, I'd thought I'd share this great resource with you.
